How do I receive my product after purchase?
After a successful payment, your product key and login credentials (if applicable) will be available immediately in your account under the Orders page. No waiting, no manual processing — it's fully automated.
Can I get a refund?
Since all products are digital goods delivered instantly, sales are generally non-refundable once a key has been delivered. However, we do consider refunds for invalid keys, permanent product discontinuation, or duplicate charges. Please read our full Refund Policy for details and contact support within 24 hours of purchase.
Do you offer any discounts or coupons?

We monitor detection status closely and update products as quickly as possible. Each product displays a real-time detection status badge (Undetected, Updating, Testing, or Detected). Check the Status page for the latest information. If a product is detected during your active subscription, contact support for assistance.

Visit our Status page to see real-time product status for all products, organized by category. The page also shows a feed of recent update notes so you can track what changed and when.
Do you have setup guides?
Yes! We provide detailed step-by-step setup guides for every product. Visit the Guides page to find instructions for your specific product. Each guide includes system requirements, installation steps, and troubleshooting tips.
What are the system requirements?
System requirements vary per product and are listed on each product's detail page. Common requirements include Windows 10/11, specific CPU support (Intel/AMD), and occasionally a USB drive. Always check the product page before purchasing to ensure compatibility.

Can I change my password?
Yes. Log in to your account and go to the Change Password page. You'll need to enter your current password and choose a new one. If you signed up via Google or Discord, you can set a password from the same page.
