Refund Policy

Digital Products

All products sold on VetraServices are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a product key has been delivered to your account, the sale is considered final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • The delivered product key is invalid or does not function as described
  • The product is permanently discontinued by the developer during your active subscription period
  • A technical error on our platform prevented successful delivery of the product
  • Duplicate charges occurred due to a payment processing error
  • The product remains in "Detected" status for an extended period (30+ days) during your active subscription, with no update in sight

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after key delivery
  • Failure to read product descriptions, system requirements, or detection status before purchase
  • Account bans or suspensions resulting from your misuse of the product
  • Temporary product downtime, maintenance periods, or short detection windows
  • Inability to use the product due to your hardware, software, or network configuration
  • Sharing, reselling, or transferring your product key to another person

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via Discord, the in-site Support Ticket system, or email
  2. Provide your Order ID (found on your Orders page)
  3. Include a detailed description of the issue with screenshots if applicable
  4. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible. Cryptocurrency payments may be refunded at the USD equivalent value at the time of the refund (not at the time of purchase). Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Partial Refunds & Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or store credit instead of a full refund, particularly when part of the subscription period has already been used. Store credit can be applied to any future purchase on VetraServices.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team will result in permanent account termination and a ban from all VetraServices products and services. We are always willing to resolve issues directly — please reach out to us first.
